Where did January go?
I can’t believe that we’re already one month into 2014! Of course, it doesn’t feel particularly like winter in the Bay Area — with drought and record heat.
I, for one, was overwhelmed with the choices for player’s choice.

Cranberry Ketchup

Fresh cranberries are the best vase filler ever.
I routinely use cranberries as vase filler at our holiday party. Post-party, there are always a few bags of cranberries from the vases — not including others that are frozen for later — that must be put to good use.
Since this month’s Can It Up theme is anything goes (wild! crazy!), preserving the former vase filler seemed like the right choice.

This post is full of braggadocio. And chagrin.
I’m alternately in awe of and sheepish about how many jars I cranked through last year. Nearly 300.
I put the LOADS of time I had on my hands to good use. Friends and family reaped the benefits. #humblebrag
But perhaps I should consider other hobbies. #embarrassed #awkward
